  1. A 40% non-refundable booking deposit is required on all orders. A credit card number must be provided for security purposes.
  2. READ your rental agreement carefully, check that the dates and times are correct. Be sure to read the conditions both on the front and back of the agreement, and call us if you have any questions.
  3. Make sure the delivery driver has clear access to parking areas, loading dock, driveway, etc.
  4. Arrange to have someone meet the delivery crew, to instruct them on where the equipment goes, sign for the items when delivered.
  5. Have your payment ready to pay the delivery driver. Our drivers accept cash or cheques. If you wish to pay by VISA, Master Card or American Express, simply notify our office prior to delivery and the driver will bring the appropriate slip.
  6. Quoted prices are based on delivery to an accessible location. Additional charges apply for delivering upstairs and manually transporting equipment (based on distance).   Our drivers are on a schedule, and will be happy to accommodate you with a difficult access delivery, PROVIDED you make arrangements with our office in advance.
  7. All items signed for upon delivery, should be stacked and ready for pickup on the date and time shown on your rental agreement. Additional charges will apply for return trips, missing items, etc.
  8. Upon delivery tables and chairs will be stacked.  Upon pickup the tables and chairs must be stacked the same way as they were dropped off. If tables and chairs are scattered throughout the tent a additional fee will apply.  Set-up and teardown of tables and chairs can be arranged by calling our office and a additionl fee will apply.
  9. Once a Special Events and Tents Representative arrives on site for set-up, please have the area where the set-up is to take place ready, automobiles cleared, grass cut, trees trimmed etc.   The location of the tent set-up should be clearly marked.  Once the installation process has begun, the location cannot be changed without an extra charge.
  10. Tent stakes are hammered into the ground 24" to 40".  It is the responsibility of the customer to have all locates completed upon the installation date. Special Events and Tents will not be responsible for any damaged underground sprinkler systems, pool equipment etc.  Any overhead utility wiring, cabling, phone lines, tree limbs cannot touch the tent canopy.
  11. Tent prices include: local Windsor delivery, lawn installation and removal at an accessible location.  Tent walls are available at a additional $1.00 per running foot. Additional travel expenses will apply for out of Windsor delivery or for difficult access locations.  Any rental orders $125.00 or less a $50.00 delivery fee will apply in the Windsor area.  Kindly call our office to get travel expenses fees for $125.00 or less orders for out of town events.
  12. Our delivery schedules are morning or afternoon.  If a specific exact time is requested a additional fee will apply

When booking a Special Events Tent and the installation surface is grass there will be no additional fee charged. Where the surface is asphalt or crushed stone special jack hammers are needed and therefore a 20% fee will apply to the tent price only.  Upon teardown of the tent the holes will be filled with sand and topped with asphalt fill.


Deposit & Major Credit Card required upon booking. Payment upon one week prior to your event. G.S.T. and Provincial Sales Tax extra. Prices subject to change without notice. Package pricing available upon request.
